Creates an erosion effect based on a particle system. Particles eat away at an object based on top level parameters like Particle Scale and Erode Amount. Use a custom emitter for particles and adjust various dynamics options. Includes two particle system options: a POP-based approach and a FLIP setup. POPs offer faster speeds but less accurate simulation while FLIP setup offers more accurate liquid-type effects Allows for customization of resulting geometry detail and output selection between an original version of the object that is partially eroded or an SDF version.

I tried to get this asset to work, but there was no interaction between the particles and the sphere. Finally, I right click on the erode asset, in Asset Browser, and select "Load Example File". The scene loads and a sticky note says, "Hit play to see the effect". I Hit play and particles fall from a grid but nothing happens. Note that the sphere_object1 is not visible in the example. I am using Houdini FX HD ($100 license for non commercial HD work). This asset does not work.
